Refund policy

The majority of DIP N SIP orders will be covered by shipping insurance with either USPS or UPS. If your order was lost, stolen or delivered to an incorrect address you can submit a claim with USPS or UPS to get a full refund. If your refund process is taking longer than expected please let us know and we will do what we can to help you get your refund.

ALL sales are Final and once a order has been placed, it can not be cancelled.  No exceptions.
